It means that you need to prepare anything in advance lest you should fail.

It means that if i can think of something to do, I should do it immediately.

Time never wait for us.
I agree with idea for "there is no time like the present." Now could be the best chance to do something, so we should not miss it otherwise we may regret later.
The last one means I am always late and never on time. Good comments.
